These terms are a legal agreement between you and Bmetrix Sweden AB ("we", "us") about your use of Devlog Momentum Planner (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials safe - you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. What you can do
Use the Service to plan devlog cadence, generate drafts, and manage Steam readiness for games you are personally involved with. You may use it for commercial projects.
3. What you cannot do
- Break the law or infringe other people’s rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Try to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use the AI features to generate disallowed content.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as a competing product.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create in the Service (project details, drafts, calendar). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
5. AI-generated output
AI drafts and suggestions are generated by third-party models and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing it. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, original, or free from third-party rights. Do not treat it as legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans we will give you reasonable notice and updated terms before any charge applies.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give you a reasonable window to export your data.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, wishlists, or launch revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (for example, gross negligence or willful misconduct).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
